Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for the entirety of our stay. The room we stayed in was not only impeccably clean but also beautifully appointed, offering a serene retreat after a day of exploring the city. The attention to detail in the decor and amenities truly exceeded our expectations. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every interaction, whether it was at the front desk or in the restaurant, was characterized by genuine friendliness and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our comfort. While the breakfast options were a bit limited, the quality of the food was still top-notch. However, this minor quibble was more than made up for by the overall excellence of our experience at the hotel. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. In summary, our stay at this hotel was nothing short of fantastic. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning in the future.

The staff were friendly and so obliging. The room was spotless, we were treated to a free upgrade which was a lovely surprise. The breakfast was second to none, it was delicious with lots of choice. The location of the hotel was a very easy drive from the airport and located on the seafront, which was amazing. Thank you to all at The Ciao Stelio Delux Boutique Hotel.

Everything during our stay were amazing. Administration meet us with complimentary local wine. Staff is so helpful and super friendly. Both reception and restaurant workers, all of them are very attentive to their quests and ready to help at any minute. For days of our stay, the staff become like our friends! Hotel have very good location, all amenities are nearby, large choice of places to go in the evening or watersports during the day. Rooms are exceptionally clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is great, small variation from day to day, but still big enought choice to not get tired. Steak at Enigma restaurant is definitely something to eat! Big thank you for all staff members for your help, hospitality and kindness!

The room was beautifully designed, the bed and linens exceeded my expectations, and the pillows were ok, but could be firmer. The porch view to the sea was exceptional, furniture outside was very good. The bathroom was amazing, clean, spacious, and very well-designed and maintained. Breakfast was so good! much to choose from, very good quality. The staff at the hotel are unbelievably nice and helpful!

Room - particularly bathroom and bed linen very good. However - not much of a problem to us - but others might worry about the raised bed area from the point of view of safety whilst traversing the room to the bathroom during the night. Unless there was a structural reason which required this, I don't think it added much aesthetically to the room. Breakfast - selection and quality - excellent.
